about yoga therapy
Yoga therapy can help facilitate change through working with the physical body, the mind, our behaviors and our emotions. You do not need prior knowledge of yoga in order to participate in yoga therapy sessions.
In these sessions we work to create ease in the body through both gentle and strengthening yoga postures while using breath, affirmation, mantra, meditation to help transorm our mind, behaviors and emotions.
Yoga therapy is ideal if you have specific injuries, conditions or concerns that you wish to address or simply wish to find and maintain balance in your life. We can address a wide range of issues from chronic or acute pain to anxiety, depression, insomnia or stress.
Practices can either happen in your home or in a studio setting.
